Happy Thursday All! Well, we are getting ever so close to yet another weekend! This weekend is going to be a fun filled one, hopefully seeing people that I haven't seen in years.
Where is everyone? The views on the blog have decreased significantly this month. I was getting 50-75 views a day, but the last week or so, its been between 20-30.... Come on people, Read up! Lol, Just kidding.
Well, last night during Physical Therapy, My therapist recommended that tonight be my last night of instructor led therapy. This is after only a little more than 3 months. The recovery process was supposed to be 1 year from the date of surgery. I will have to do all the exercises and such on my own for the next 3 months or so, but even at that I am six months ahead of the game! Go me!!! This means a few things:
1) I save $45 a therapy session, which equals about $360 a month! I can pay off bills early and actually afford things again! Woo Hoo!
2) I will have more time for my workouts, and I'll be able to work in therapy with my other leg workouts as long as I don't push myself too hard. That means, more track running, longer cardio sessions, etc. I have a PT test to start getting ready for.
3) This proves that I can do anything physically possible. Forget a Dr's schedule, I like my own damn schedule. I guess he didn't get the memo about telling me I can't do something... I'm superman Damn it!
Well, that's all I have for today! Physical Therapy tonight, then home to sleep! I hope everyone has a great day!!!
