Happy Tuesday All! I hope every one's week is going smoothly. So far so good on mine!
Well, as I have documented in the past, I was very fat at one point in my life. Its an ongoing battle that I will win in the end. However, no matter how much weight I lose, I will always feel fat. I knew when I was recovering from surgery that I was going to gain weight, because I couldn't physically do anything. My problem is, how do I get it into my head that I'm really not as big as I think I am? I have this feeling that even after I hit my goal of 170lbs, that I will still feel fat. Don't worry, that is the absolute lowest I'll go, but when will my mind catch up to my body?
I also go through my moments of where I think I haven't accomplished nothing. Yes, I realize that I have accomplished a lot in my life, but theres so much more. I am a successful person. I'm not really that old yet, but what is my next step? Where do I go from here? Do I stay in Maryland? Do I look for something else? Money isn't everything, but it sure does help. More decisions to make, but when will I know what is the right one?
Well, that's all I have for today. Obviously, I have a lot of thinking to do...
