Heres to Fun!

Well look at that, another Friday has come. With that it has brought along another action packed weekend, with a lot to do. Before i go into that, I just want to talk about the blog. I can't believe it, but i have posted over 100 entries since starting only a few months ago. It slipped by me without even realizing it. This is actually post number 103. I want to thank everyone who has listened to my life day by day, whether boring or exciting. I appreciate you all. On that note, here's the weekend plans.

Friday Night- Its concert time. 3 bands I have never seen before. Ted Nugent, REO Speedwagon, and Styx. This is going to be exciting, and I can't wait. I may be the youngest one there, but its all about the music. These bands have stood the test of time, and I'm glad I can witness it.

Saturday- Morning I'm going to try to hit the gym. Then its off to the annual Bikers Against Child Abuse 100 mile run. If you aren't doing anything and you are in the area, come on out. This is going to be my last charity event for a while, because I honestly don't have the time or energy for them. I'll be in the chase truck, but with you none the less. Saturday Night is the Blues Vultures Concert with Ronnie Younkins of Kix. I'm working it. Its at the Frederick Moose Lodge, come on out. I'll be pulling security from 5-11. Another great time will be had, there's even going to be a beer truck!

Sunday- Gym for weigh In's and my normal workout. Then its time for cleaning, yard work, and going to work on my car. If anyone feels like stopping by, feel free. I'll provide lunch! Lots to do before next weekends birthday bash!

Hope everyone has an awesome weekend!

Come Sail AwaySongwriters: Deyoung, Dennis;
I'm sailing away
Set an open course for the Virgin Sea
'Cause I've got to be free
Free to face the life that's ahead of me

On board, I'm the captain
So climb aboard
We'll search for tomorrow on every shore
And I'll try, oh Lord, I'll try to carry on

I look to the sea
Reflections in the waves spark my memory
Some happy, some sad
I think of childhood friends and the dreams we had

We lived happily forever
So the story goes
But somehow we missed out on the pot of gold
But we'll try best that we can to carry on

A gathering of Angels appeared above my head
They sang to me this song of hope and this is what they said

They said, "Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me lads
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me baby
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me"

I thought that they were Angels, but to my surprise
We climbed aboard their starship, we headed for the skies

Singing, come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me lads
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me

Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me
Come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me
