March

Well here it is. Ending another month and starting another. Time sure does fly. Life is great right now, Some aches and pains but I'm not getting any younger. I have now been sober for 83 days, and honestly it doesn't really effect me any more. I have lost 34 lbs so far and i am working toward my goal of 100 lbs total loss. When I go back into the Army I want to be as fit and light as possible, and I want to be able to pass the PT test, if not Max it before I leave. Not an easy task I know, but its doable. Here's a list of what i need for PT scores, 60% is Passing, and 100% is Max: (60%/100%)

Push-Ups    36 / 75
Sit-ups        42  / 76
2 Miles   17:42 / 13:18

There's my goals.... Not going to be easy by any means, but if I bust my ass, I will Succeed.....
