Happy Tuesday All! Well, Sorry for the late post, but I had some thing to do this morning. I hope everyones day is going smoothly.
Yesterday, I started Physical Therapy. I felt great afterwards, but today, I am still a little sore. We started by trying to knock my knee back into place. I don't think that helped too much. Then we went over my exercises that I have to do every day. Those helped a good bit. I am hoping after I get them done today, That I will begin to be pain free. At the end of the session, we put the electric to my knee, along with an icy compress machine. This was probably the best thing I have every been though as far as my knee. I think that the machine itself was worth my co-pay.
The rest of the day, I laid around and watched movies, along with icing up my knee some more!
Well, thats all for today! Up bright and early tomorrow for some more Therapy! Heres to starting over with my knee working again!
