Hump Day!

Welcome Back All! Happy hump day! Its good to say that again, it means I'm slowly getting back to my normal schedule. It was almost nice to fall asleep at 7pm yesterday! Still a little tired though, I guess getting up at 3am will do that to you!

Dr's appointment went OK yesterday. I'm healing, but not as fast as expected. The Dr gave me more anti inflammatories, and if those don't work he is going to give me a shot in my knee on August 20th. However, he extended my no running until October 14th. This sucks!!!! Oh well, I have to heal, and this is the only way I will get better.

I have started a new ab workout, which I am doing three days a week in place of my leg workout. Here it is:

-Leg spreaders (M4x25)*
-Flutter Kicks (M4x25)*
-Leg Raises (25)
-Bicycle (M4x25)*
-Knee ins (25)
-Ball Crunches (25)
-Planks (30 seconds)
-Sit-ups (25)
-Ab machine (20 front, 20 each side)

Do this 3 times
*(M4=Military 4 count.... 1,2,3,1...1,2,3,2....1,2,3,3...1,2,3,4...1,2,3,5,,,,Etc)

If you do this and don't feel it, you are doing something wrong!!! It can be done every day, but for beginners, just do it 3 times a week, with a day of rest in between each day!
