Well, Happy Friday All! I hope all had a successful holiday celebrating your freedom. I know I did!
Well, lets start with Wednesday night, I went to a friends house, drank a good bit, then rocked out playing some ladder ball. It was a great time with some good friends.
Then Thursday....
People forget why we actually celebrate the 4th of July. It isn't just another day of drinking and lighting your self on fire, I meant, grilling and BBQing. Its the time to celebrate your freedom. Its a time to be thankful for all you have. Its time to thank service people who make that freedom possible. For once, I'm not just saying the military (even though they all hold a very special place in my heart), I'm saying its time to thank the police officers, EMT's, and Firefighters. They all help to keep this great nation safe, and enjoyable for all to live....
Well, theres my shout out for today! Last night, I went to another close friends house. It was great eating some good food, and seeing the kids again. THey have always been like family to me, and I wish I could have stayed longer, but the knee was hurting a little too much. I'll have to make it over there again soon.
