Happy Monday All! Well, its the start to a new week, I hope everyone had a great weekend! Congrats to the Baltimore Ravens, Too bad my prediction on the football score was off my 10 points on both scores. They played one hell of a game, and just showed up all around.
Here's how my weekend went:
Friday- Started at the gym, then went to work for a full day. Afterwards, went and had a friend cut my hair. Headed over to the Moose for a little while, but left a little too early. Ended up at home to get my uniform ready for Drill Weekend.
Saturday- Up bright and early. Drove down to Martinsburg, WV for our monthly battle assembly. We got off at 5pm, and I went to the Moose Lodge for a corn hole tournament and to see my favorite beautiful bartender. Had a great time there, then went home. Sunday was going to be another early day.
Sunday- Same drive, Same place. Lots of outside vehicle work in the snow. We also had classes. We busted out all of our work, and got the job done at about 4pm. It was Super Bowl Sunday, and snowing, so the command wanted to get us out of there as soon as they could. I ended up watching the game from the comfort of my couch. Great game from what I saw, and by looking at the facebook posts the game got even better. I went to bed at the beginning of the 4th quarter.
I don't know what it is, but no matter what we do in the Army, I am exhausted by the end of the day. I don't get up any earlier, as a matter of fact, I get to sleep in a couple hours. Most of the time, our activities aren't even that strenuous. Maybe I'm allergic to green? Doubt it.
Well, I hope everyone has a great week! Also, I hope everyone recovers from their Super Bowl Hangovers! Its NHL season now, and then we will fall into Baseball season.
