Well Hello All, We are creeping to yet another weekend, and I really can't wait until it gets here!!!
Today I was reminded first thing in the morning or a few of my pet peeves. Maybe, I'm just an ass, but these things really get on my nerves.... Ready, here we go:
1) There are 2 words or sayings in the world that I despise. The first one isn't as bad as the second one but if used in the right context (ie: an argument) its rather degrading. The first one is when some one says "Whatever".... If you really mean that then, you have completely given up and completely given in, on whatever you were trying to say. It makes you sound like a complete ass and idiot. Now, If you are saying it when joking around thats different, even I have used it joking. The second one, is a cause for me to never talk to you again. It is degrading and completely disrespectful. The phrase "Chill Out" should never be used in any context. If I'm worked up, then obviously there is a reason I am worked up. There have been times when I have wanted to punch some body in the mouth for even suggesting those words.
2) Somebody going through my stuff whether at home or at work. Today I got into work and saw that my desk drawers were gone through. Now, I have figured out that they were probably just looking for a pen, because the pen that was on my keyboard was missing, but thats not my point. In my new office, I don't have a door, and very little privacy to get my work done. My drawers are all I have. At home, same thing... As you all know, I am not a very private person. Everything I say or do is public domain, and I don't mind this. However, If you come to my house, and start looking through my crap (this includes my phone), I'm gonna go ballistic. Just ask, good chances are if you ask, I'll tell you almost anything. I write a blog for christs sake, you already know everything!!!
3) Ok, now this next one may be a little controversial, but here it is.... Don't degrade people. Everyone was created equal. Yes I am a white, middle aged male, but everyone deserves a chance. Now on the other hand, some stereotypes are true. Especially when it comes to driving. This is the biggest reason I want to move to Key West. Everyone gets along, and there aren't really a lot of cars. Plenty of bikes and scooters, but not a lot of 4 wheelers.
4) Traffic violations.... Failure to use a turn signal.... Hey Assholes, all cars come with them. At least let me know that you are going to cut me off. Traveling in the Left Lane at a speed less then the limit. If you are getting passed on the right side, and there is noone in front of you, guess what? You are wrong!!! Also, if you stay in a lane that is either going away (merge lane), or turn lane, just to pass an extra 3 cars, I WILL NOT LET YOU OVER. Theres a better chance of you hitting my car then me yeilding to let you get in front of me. Don't be a Dick, the reason traffic is always backed up at bottle necks is because of you....
OK, thats all I really have now. Those are the major things, thanks for letting me vent. I feel much better!!!

Our driving techniques are completely similar. Lmao. Love it. I WILL NOT LET ANYONE over when they ride the ending lane all the way. And, the driving slow in the fast lane. Yeah, I almost posted about that the other day, it made me sooooo mad.
