How I lost almost 40 LBS in 2 Months

People keep asking me how I keep losing so much weight. Here it is..... This is how I lost 40 lbs in 2 months. I wrote this letter to someone, so I am just copying and pasting it. Maybe it will help you as it did me. Remember that unless you truly want to lose weight, you aren't going to. hard work is the only way that you lose weight, there is no miracle drug.


I know you said you are trying to lose weight, here is what I am doing, maybe it will help you. The Key to this entire diet is eating right, and portion size. Snack often and you will never get hungry. First thing in the morning I take my pills (one a day vitamin, and fish oil). Get fish oil, it helps and its cheap, but do yourself a favor and don’t take the pill before a fish meal. Drink at least 8oz of water before every meal or snack. It will help fill you up, and clean you out. NO ALCOHOL. I’ve haven’t had a drink in 90 days, saves a lot of money. Anyway, here it is….

6:30am- Fruit
8:00am- Breakfast (I eat a special K Meal bar every morning for breakfast)
10:00am- Snack (Fruit or Special K snack bar)
12:00pm- Lunch (weight Watchers Meal)
2:00pm- Snack (Whatever I didn’t eat for first snack, either fruit or Special K Bar)
~6:00pm-  Dinner (Usually either fish or chicken, and veggies)
8:00pm- Snack (only if you are still hungry)

Go to the Gym or do your walk BEFORE DINNER!!!!! You’ll feel much better and actually burn off more calories. You don’t have to kill yourself to get healthy, just remember, sweat is good.

Incline Bench
Chest Fly's
Shoulder press
Shoulder Fly's
Rows
Curls
Triceps
Lats
Neck
Push-Ups


Run (Choose One)
Elliptical (Interval)
Stadium Run
Treadmill
 
Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday


Sit-ups
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Ab Twist
Lower Back
abs (machine)
Toe Raises
Sit Ups
 
Bike (20 min)


Well there it, not saying that it will work for everyone, but it has worked for me so far.
